Types Of Wine and Grapes
BACO NOIR
A French hybrid grape that is grown in many areas of the world. Its fame lies in its complex bouquet. A sniff
of this wine will take you on a journey through every berry flavour you can think of, all with a background hint
of oak. The

meats and pastas.

warm berries, pepper and oak.
VIDAL
A very popular wine in Ontario because the grape is particularly well suited to local conditions. It would not
be immodest to claim that some of the best Vidals come from Niagara. Originally the grape is another French hybrid
and it produces wine that can be made in a range between dry and semi-sweet. Vidal is an easily identifiable wine
because of its hint of peach and apricot in the bouquet. Serve Vidal with fish and chicken dishes to experience
it at its best. Vidal can be drunk young but can also be aged between tree and five years.
VIEUX CHATEAU DU ROI
A classic French style Rhone wine with substantial body and a bouquet of ripe berries. Wonderful with steak
or game.
WHITE ZINFANDL
Enjoy a light fruity wine with a hint of pink in its colour. Its soft and very adaptable to light foods ranging
from fish to fruit to cheese to dessert.
